“The House that Olives Built” is featuring the 7th Annual Butte County Olive Festival!. A fundraiser for the Butte County Historical Society. Come taste olive oil and olives, almonds, jams, jelies, spice combinations and other items from the many area growers and producers and purchase their products to take home. This year , we have moved to the old court house park across from the Ehmann Home to accommodate more vendors and crafters. Tours of the Ehmann Home will be available every 1/2 hour beginning at 10:30, ending at 1:30. . There will be food trucks for lunch purchase; music by Oroville’s own Feather River Gypsies; ice cream topped with flavored olive oils or balsamic vinegars; oportunity drawings ( each vendor is donating an item for the drawing) ; olive theme gift items; area history books for sale and many craft and direct sales vendors for your shopping convenience.
