So let’s see; Nov. 8 of 2018 saw 20,000 people relocate to CHICO. Do you all not get this? At 250,000 population; each supervisor should represent 50,000 people. Paradise area and foothills need to regain 20,000 constituents.
The supes in Chico do not want to give up any of their area to [gosh] those hillbillies on the ridge; lest those that are left anyway. To gain 20,000 people anew would take a piece of Chico, now under two supes, and divide some around to those less than 50,000 population. How it is drawn and approved is ultimately up to the five Supervisors and I notice three are conservative and should vote for their constituents and 50,000 total. Quit whining and win elections without the liberals gerrymandering for their perfect area.
